This new year, Bank of Luxemburg is resolving to have even better interactions with our customers! When you have questions or concerns about your account, we know the most convenient way to help is by connecting you with capable, local and friendly experts who can provide instant solutions. That’s why we assembled our new Customer Care Team! Simply dial 920-845-2345 and we’ll automatically connect you with one of three helpful trained employees. There’s no awkward phone tree, continuous transfers or bad on-hold music. Just live local people, ready to assist you. Available Monday–Thursday, 8 am–5 pm and Fridays 8 am–6 pm, our Customer Care Center is comprised of former Bank of Luxemburg retail sales or customer service representatives who are all now located at our Casco office.

Sarah Opsahl Customer Care Representative
Sarah has been a bank teller with Bank of Luxemburg for four years and attributes her friendly personality to why she was handpicked for the Customer Care Team. “I’m a people person. I love to help people, get them to what they need, and sometimes just talk, have conversation,” she shared. “You can call the customer care center with any question. We’re more than happy to get you to that information. We are local. We’re some of the people you’ve seen walking down the street or at your local grocery store. And you’ve known us for years.”
Marlene Treml Customer Care Representative
Marlene has worked at Bank of Luxemburg for 44 years, with most of her experience in the loan department. She feels her long history with the bank makes her a real asset to the Customer Care Center. “I feel Bank of Luxemburg chose me for their Customer Care Center because of my experience,” she said. “I know the customers well, know our products very well and can get customers the help that they might need. When you call us, you’re going to get a live person. You’re not going to get a recording. You’re going to be talking to someone that is going to get your question answered.” Miranda Hausauer Customer Care Supervisor
Miranda worked seven years in retail and online support for Bank of Luxemburg and feels her product knowledge is helpful to those calling the Customer Care Center. “We can help you with anything—from getting you your daily deposits and withdrawals, all the way down to mortgage rates. We can even go in depth with some situations as far as getting you into your online banking,” she assured. “We will take your call from the beginning to the end.”
