Community Involvement

Investing in Our Future Leaders
Bank of Luxemburg has proudly served the community since 1903. As part of our long-standing commitment to education and community service, we offer scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Since launching the program in 2002, we’ve awarded more than $493,000 to help support the next generation of business leaders.

Making a Difference Together with BOL Cares
At Bank of Luxemburg, our mission is to have a positive impact on people’s lives—and that starts with showing up for our community. Through our volunteer committee, BOL Cares, we promote a culture of service, compassion, and connection—strengthening both the communities we serve and our bank team.Group of volunteers posing for a picture on a playground set

In 2024, our employees donated 1,680 hours of their time to local events and organizations, including community parades, food pantries, Algoma Shanty Days, Habitat for Humanity, Kewaunee County Fair, NeighborWorks Green Bay, Salvation Army, Peninsula State Park, and more.

Additionally, through our Jean Day fundraiser, employees raised $8,770.95 for local nonprofits. By contributing $25 per quarter, they earn the chance to wear jeans on Fridays—all while supporting causes that matter. We’re proud to give back to the communities that support us every day.

BOL Cares Events
At Bank of Luxemburg, we’re proud to support causes that strengthen our communities—and we do so by rolling up our sleeves and getting involved.

Each year, the CP Telethon brings together over 300 volunteers to raise funds and answer phones during its live broadcast on WBAY. Bank of Luxemburg employees have proudly supported this event for many years, raising over $11,813.70 in the past three years through volunteer efforts.

At Peninsula State Park—a beloved destination in Fish Creek featuring 450+ campsites, trails, a beach, lighthouse, and more—our employees have volunteered for four consecutive years. From painting picnic shelters to raking leaves and cleaning park grounds, we’re committed to preserving spaces that matter to our communities.

Our team also proudly participates in Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build, a project that empowers women-led households through safe, affordable housing. For the last two years, all-women teams from Bank of Luxemburg have helped install garage siding, working side by side with future homeowners and building lasting connections.
