*APR= Annual Percentage Rate is not an interest rate but a measure of the cost of credit which includes the contract interest rate, fees, etc. which may be higher than the contract interest rate.

^Maximum Lifetime Cap Over Original Rate is 6.00% for each loan product. Initial Interest Rate: The interest rate that is fixed for an Adjustable Rate Mortgage is for a specified number of months at the beginning of the loan term. Fully Indexed Rate: The current index value plus the margin. Max Interest Rate: The maximum rate that may occur. Months to First Rate Adjustment: The period of time before your interest rate will adjust. The Adjustable Rate Mortgage may increase after consummation. 

Taxes and insurance are not included in the payment and actual payment obligation will be higher. Consumer should consult a tax adviser for further information regarding the deductibility of interest and charges. Additional closing costs may apply. Loan to value exceeding 80% will require escrow for property taxes, home owners insurance, private mortgage insurance and flood insurance (if applicable) and will increase your actual monthly payment obligation.

APR payment examples are based on $100,000 loan. All ARM payment examples are based upon a 30 year loan term. Loans are subject to 20% down payment.
