We're all in this together!
Bank of Luxemburg remains committed to providing the highest quality service during the growing concerns related to coronavirus (COVID-19). Our priority is the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. We continue to monitor the evolving situation, and we will make decisions based on guidance from leading health organizations as well as our local, state and federal government.
Effective March 18, 2020, all lobby locations are closed but available by appointment only. We are still here for you! Our drive-ups will remain open during regular hours.
We are adhering to best practices and policies for the safety of all. We have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and employees.
This is a fluid situation, and we will continue to communicate with you as circumstances change. Our branches may take additional preventative measures as needed to ensure the health and well-being of everyone. Formal communication will be addressed through our website and on social media as changes occur.
Meeting your financial needs continues to be our goal. Below are helpful banking tips to consider during this time:
Monitor your accounts online. Both our Online Banking and Mobile Banking app are available 24/7. You can view transactions, check balances, make loan payments and create transfers. We also offer a non-digital alternative with our 24-hour banker to review your accounts at 920.845.2330.
Make alternative deposits. Our Mobile Banking app allows for remote deposit of a check. Save a trip to the bank by capturing a picture of your check using our remote deposit feature. Also, our night depository is located at each branch. Drop off your deposit at any time during non-banking hours, and your deposit will be processed the next business morning.
Open an Account. No need to drive to the bank. Open a checking, savings, or certificate of deposit account from the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet access.
Pay bills online. Set up bill payees through Online Banking and make payments from your checking account using Bill Pay or the mobile app. Save time and money by forgoing a stamp and a trip to the mailbox or place of business to make your payment.
Sign up for eStatements. Save yourself a trip to your mailbox or your Post Office box by having your statements delivered electronically, timely and securely to your Online Banking account.
Use your debit or credit cards. Using plastic cards to make purchases reduces your exchange of paper/coin currency and germs. Many payments can also be made online or over the phone using cards.
Apply for loans online. From mortgages, to personal and auto loans or student loans, many of our loan applications can be completed online. Simply browse our “Loans” tab from the homepage.
Stay aware and vigilant. We will not call or email you to ask for any identifying information including personal identification numbers (PINs), account or card numbers, usernames or passwords. Please be suspicious if this information is asked of you. Consider reviewing our Resources for more ways to protect yourself from fraud during this vulnerable time.
Contact us with questions. Our staff is ready to assist you with your banking needs. You may reach us at 920.845.2345 or through our contact page.
With your safety in mind, Bank of Luxemburg wants to assure you that we will continue to support the banking needs our customers and the communities we serve.
