Business Banking Enhancements
ACH
- No more tokens!
- An extra layer of security will remain in place using text message verification codes or the DUO app.
- ACH history will not carry over to the new system
- Your ACH templates should carry over to the new system.
- Helpful Hint: Save your old template(s) to help creating a new one.
Bill Pay
- Existing Bill Pay payees transferred over to the new system.
- Payment history, including the past 12 months, have moved over with your account.
- Your reoccurring payments will continue to be paid as you had them scheduled.
- The cutoff time to schedule a bill payment is 3:00 pm cst each business day.
Debit Cards
- All customers have received new debit cards. To learn move about the new cards, click here.
Mobile App
- Businesses customers can now use the mobile app!
- Use the same username/password you establish when using the browser.
Mobile Check Deposit
- Businesses will have access to mobile check deposit
- Check deposits can be made into checking or saving accounts
Online Banking
- Accounts you have renamed or given nicknames will remain.
- Alerts you previously established will continue without change, with the exception of having to reset your notification preferences.
- Scheduled transfers will continue as they are set up currently.
- The new web address for online banking is
https://bankofluxemburg.myebanking.net/#/. Be sure to update this web address in your favorite.
QuickBooks
If attempting to connect your QuickBooks account to our enhanced Business Online Banking system, you may experience a delay due to the systems not yet fully integrated; this delay is expected to last no more than five business days.
