Debit Card Enhancements
Bank of Luxemburg is excited to announce an upgrade to our debit cards arriving in late February or early March. Designed with our customers in mind, the new cards will deliver an improved, more secure, and more convenient banking experience. Please check back often, additional details will be shared as they become available. 
What to expect:
- You will receive a new branded, contactless debit card(s) in late February. Your new card will include a new number, expiration date and three-digit CVV number.
- Securely store your debit card(s) until March 12.
- Your current debit card(s) will remain active through 8:00 am on March 12.
- You can activate and begin using your NEW debit card(s) in the early morning of March 12 for uninterrupted service.
- When calling to activate your debit card use your primary phone.
- Once activated, destroy your old debit card(s) to prevent fraud.
New debit card features include:
- Contactless/TAP
- Ability to lock/unlock your new debit card
- Instant Issue debit cards will be available at Bellevue, Luxemburg, Sturgeon Bay and Algoma Branches if your card is lost, stolen or compromised.
Important Reminder: Once you activate your new debit card(s), you will need to update your debit card number anywhere your previous card information was stored (ex. utility bills, PayPal, Venmo or websites).
