Bank of Luxemburg is proud to announce a major enhancement to our entire core banking system coming this March. This will enhance the performance, security, and capabilities of our banking services, allowing us to deliver a smoother, more reliable experience for our customers. With this upgrade, we’re building a stronger foundation for new features and improved services—reflecting our commitment to innovation and to making banking easier, more efficient, and better for everyone we serve. Please check back often.  As we receive more details, we will share them with you on these pages. 

Deposit Account Information

  • Will the bank's routing number change?
    • No. The bank's routing number will remain the same...075905910 
  • Will my checking or savings account numbers change?
    • No. Your deposit account numbers will remain the same.
  • Will new checks need to be ordered?
    • No. You can continue to use the checks you have on hand.

Loan Account Information

  • Will my loan account numbers change?
    • Yes, your loan number will change.
      • Automatic payments setup or originated through Bank of Luxemburg will be updated as part of the enhancement and requires no action on your part.
      • If your loan payment is originated at another financial institution or set up through a bill payment service at another financial institution, you will need to update your loan account number.  The new account number is displayed when logged into the bank’s digital banking platform after March 16

Call Center Hours

  • Are you expanding your call center hours to assist customers during the enhancement period? 
    • Yes, we will adjust our hours to accommodate the additional time needed to assist our customers via our call center.
      • March 12: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
      • March 13: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
      • March 14: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
      • March 16: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
      • March 17: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
      • March 18: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm 
    • Starting March 19, normal call center hours will resume.
