Deposit Account Information

  • Will my checking or savings account numbers change?
    • Neither of these account numbers will change.
  • Will new checks need to be ordered?
    • No, you can continue to use the checks you have on hand.

Loan Account Information

  • Will my loan account numbers change?
    • Yes, your loan number will change.
      • Automatic payment setup from Bank of Luxemburg deposit accounts will continue to function as they always have.
      • If a loan payment is made using a deposit account held at a different financial institution, you will need to provide the other bank with the new account number. The new account number is displayed when logged into the bank’s digital banking platform.

Online Banking

  • Will my username change?
    • Your username will remain the same

Bill Pay

  • When is the last day that I have can access to the current Bill Pay system?
    • You can utilize the current Bill Pay system through March 11, 2026.
  • Will payees have to be added back into Bill Pay?
    • You will not have to rebuild your Bill Pay payees.
  • What will happen to the Bill Pay history that is currently set up in my Bill Pay profile?
    • Most items will transfer over to the new Bill Pay system, including 12 months of history.
  • What will happen to the reoccurring payments that are already established?
    • Your reoccurring payments will continue to be paid as scheduled.
  • When will I be able to access Bill Pay in the new digital banking platform?
    • Bill Pay will be available for use on March 16, 2026.
  • How late can I schedule a payment in the new Bill Pay system?
    • The cutoff time each business day is 3:00 pm cst.

Debit and HSA Cards

  • Everyone will receive a new branded debit card, which will have a new card number, expiration date and three-digit CVV number, all of which appear on the back of the card. 
  • New branded debit cards will be available for each type of debit card (consumer, business and HSA cards).
  • Approximately three weeks prior to our live date, you will receive a new debit card. Please safely store your new card until March 12, 2026.
    • Your current debit card will function through March 11, 2026.
    • On March 12th, you should properly destroy your current debit card and activate your new card.
  • New debit cards will be contactless, which allows you to TAP your debit card at point of sale.
  • One debit card enhancement will allow you to lock and unlock your new debit card within the mobile app. This enhancement is handy if you temporarily loses your debit card. More details to come.
  • There may be delays before you can update your debit card in your mobile wallet.
  • You will need to update your debit card numbers where your previous card information was stored (ex. utility bills, PayPal, Venmo or websites).
  • Instant Issue debit cards will be available with your new debit card! If you experience debit card fraud, you can visit one of our designated issuing branches for immediate replacement of your debit card.
