Online Banking

For your first login to the new online banking system, you will use updated login credentials.
- User name: will remain the same.
- Temporary password: user name plus the last four digits of your social security number/EIN.

Troubleshooting
- If you become locked out and attempt to reset your password, it will not work if you have not logged in yet.
- If you do become locked out, please click here to let us know and we will unlock your account as soon as possible.
- Because our branches are currently closed due to Blizzard Elsa, it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be unlocked.
Mobile Banking
- Apple Users: The Bank of Luxemburg app will update automatically on March 16 if auto-updates are enabled on your phone. If not, update the app manually in the App Store.
- Android Users: Delete your existing Bank of Luxemburg app. Download the new version from the Google Play Store.
