Digital Banking Enhancements

Online Banking 

Online banking is getting a fresh update designed to make managing your money easier, faster, and more secure. With improved features and a cleaner experience, you’ll have greater control andolb convenience, whether you’re banking at home or on the go. This page highlights what’s changing and what you can expect, so you feel informed and ready when the enhancements arrive. 
 
  • Online banking will be unavailable on Thursday, March 12 at 5:00 pm through Sunday, March 15.
  • Your new online banking account will be available for login on March 16.
  • User names will remain the same.
  • Users temporary password will be your user name plus the last four digits of your social security number/EIN.
  • New passwords are required to be a minimum of eight characters and must contain uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and one special character.
  • The new web address for online banking is 

    https://bankofluxemburg.myebanking.net/#/. Be sure to update this web address in your favorites.

  • Accounts you have renamed or given nicknames will remain unchanged.
  • Any email alerts you previously established will continue without change.
  • Text alerts will need to be reestablished. 
  • Transfers previously established between your Bank of Luxemburg accounts will continue without interruption.
  • Any transfers previously established between a Bank of Luxemburg account and an external account will need to be reestablished in our enhanced Digital Banking system. (These transfers can be reestablished on March 16.)
  • The first time you log into your new online banking account, you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for electronic documents. 

Mobile App/Mobile Check Depositmobile app

  • Users can access the mobile app until 5:00 pm on March 12; however, mobile check deposit access will end at 3:00 pm on the March 12.
  • March 16: Mobile banking access resumes.
    • Apple Users: The Bank of Luxemburg app will update automatically on March 16 if auto-updates are enabled on your phone. If not, update the app manually in the App Store.
    • Android Users: On March 16, delete the existing Bank of Luxemburg app. Download the new version from the Google Play Store

Digital Alerts

  • Email alert notifications will remain active.
  • Text alerts will need to be re-established within your new online banking account.
  • Want to set up alerts?
    • Alerts allow you to set up low balance alerts, payment due alerts, transfer completed alerts, and much more.
    • Choose how you’d like to receive alerts, via email or text.

Electronic Statements/Documents

  • Prior account statements will not be available in our new online banking system until early to mid-April. If you need copies of previous statements, please download them from your current online banking account before March 12. 

People Pay (P2P)

  • People Pay (P2P) will be unavailable starting March 5.
  • As an alternative, you can schedule payments to individuals through our current Bill Pay system through March 12 at 3:00 pm.
  • A new digital person-to-person (P2P) payment solution will be available in mid- to late April.

Credit Monitoring

  • The credit monitoring service you currently use in your mobile app will not transfer to our new digital banking system. However, with the new system, you’ll be able to enroll in a new credit monitoring service that helps you track and protect your credit information.
  • This service will be available through both online banking and the mobile app.
