Online Banking 

Online banking is getting a fresh update designed to make managing your money easier, faster, and more secure. With improved features and a cleaner experience, you’ll have greater control andFemale on Ipad with Card convenience, whether you’re banking at home or on the go. This page highlights what’s changing and what you can expect, so you feel informed and ready when the enhancements arrive. 
 
  • Online banking will be unavailable on Thursday, March 12 at 5:00 pm through Sunday, March 15.
  • User names will remain the same.
  • Users temporary password will be their user name plus the last four digits of your social security number.
  • New passwords are required to be a minimum of eight characters and must contain uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and one special character.
  • The new web address for online banking is 

    https://bankofluxemburg.myebanking.net/#/. Be sure to update this web address in your favorites.

  • Accounts you have renamed or given nicknames will remain unchanged.

  • Any alerts you previously established will continue without change.
  • Scheduled transfers will continue as they are set up currently.
  • The first time you log into online banking, you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for electronic documents. 

Mobile App/Mobile Check DepositMobile App

  • Users can access the mobile app until 5:00 pm on March 12; however, mobile check deposit access will end at 3:00 pm on the March 12.
  • March 16: Mobile banking access resumes.
    • Apple Users: The Bank of Luxemburg app will update automatically on March 16 if auto-updates are enabled on your phone. If not, update the app manually in the App Store.
    • Android Users: On March 16, delete the existing Bank of Luxemburg app. Download the new version from the Google Play Store
